Great rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast excellent. Afte
Booking details state “ An airport shuttle service is available on request”. It wasn’t. And the free busses were only around once an hour from the very local stop. The near tram was not frequent with a 10 min walk at the end in ski gear.

Catering staff really helpful and proactive. Infrastructure well preserved and good hygine. Breakfast also is delicious.
Front desk staff with no empathy with tourist first time in region. No willing to explain about attractions and options to get them. They would rather provide a guide rather explaining you. Also, they were unable to provide the Welcome card.

View from the room was fantastic and room was large. Breakfast was very good
This property is a three star. The rooms are nothing fancy. Need updating. Limited English when we first arrived. No lunch available and you are not near any restaurants. Dinner menu fair. 30 minute tram ride into Innsbruck. Next time I would stay closer to the town. If you just want to go hike and relax then this hotel is for you. Nice outdoor space only if the weather is good.
