Excellent location, helpful staff, great breakfast.
Room carpet had stains, the corners of the carpet seemed like dust had accumulated. Aged rooms. Bare minimum.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, seat and desk. Complimentary large bottle of water provided on arrival. Substantial and varied breakfast buffet with excellent range of hot and cold options. Decent beers in the bar area. Good location within ten minutes' walk of the station and theatre (I was in town for the opera), round the corner from the Orangerie Art Museum, and a few minutes' walk in the opposite direction from the Otto-Dix-Haus.
Decor was a bit old-fashioned and dowdy, but no serious reservations.

One of our two rooms had a beautiful view over the garden of the orangerie. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Bicycle storage facilities in the hotel garage were very convenient for us.
As a family we had booked two rooms, and although the hotel didn't seem overcrowded at all, we were given two rooms on different floors and at opposite ends of the rather big building - but apart from that things were really fine.

Everything okay just Nightshift receptionist wasn't nice ..
. We make payment by booking.com and he start force us to double pay for our stay but I've told him we arleady paid showed him our booking confirmation where was paid and he won't believe us.... Thats take it nearly 30 min to solve this argument 🤦
