Everything was good except the parking experience.
Parking instructions. The receptionist did not explain the parking situation. He didn't tell me that the parking is actually the Schwaben Galerie parking lot and that there are not sign between P1/P2 and T1/T2. I was lost in the parking lot for a long time trying to find the elevators to the hotel. He also didn't tell me that only T2 has signs to the hotel.

Very quiet location, clean hotel, friendly staff.
The pillow is too soft, the bedding hasn't been changed in a week, and the room is chilly.
The bed has a hole in the center.

1. The service quality was not good. They only gave us one key, which we had to use to keep the lights on, and as my wife was staying in the room, I couldn't enter the hotel on the first day. On the second day, we were able to resolve the issue by obtaining an additional key.
2. One of the lifts was out of order.
3. We had requested a double bed, but two single beds had been placed side by side, and it was not very comfortable.
