The staff as always were fantastic & always going out b off their way to help.
The suites are great, I like that I have a kitchen & separate living area

The deluxe rooms are spacious, kitchen has basic utensils and appliances.
Mold! In bathroom, bathroom tiles grout filled with black dirt. The appliances in the kitchen are old, the infrared stove only turns on or off the dial controlling the stove temperature doesn't work. The washing machine was old and rusty only spins to partially dry. Doesn't have tumble drying you have to use drying rack (too much work). Fridge was ok. Oven and electric kettle only had one socket. So always switching from one device to other would go with a plugging /unplugging cycle. There are no bedside sockets you have to unplug lamps to use them sockets.

The front desk staff, parking team, bell staff, and security are superb and very attentive to their customers. The location is ideal. You won’t find a better and more welcoming business or vacation daily or weekly suite/apartment in this area for this price and value for money. The property is not new and the amenities/facilities/furnishings are functional not glitzy and upmarket. But it is comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended.
The room cleaning team struggles to complete their work before nightfall and appear to be understaffed. Something for the hotel management to assess and address.

Bathroom not so clean. No doormats. Only 1 bathroom even for larger suite. Also no free parking despite high charges.
