The location and size of the room, breakfast was great and lift to access the floors.
A bit of noise from nearby bar because windows needed to be open.

Great location for the train station and exploring all of Chur. Spacious room but really basic for the price. Grateful for the power adaptors as we’d not thought about Switzerland having different from Europe. Ask for a room at the back.
Relatively basic breakfast for the price. Furniture and furnishings also basic in the room.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Windows opened up to the main street which was good. The breakfast was excellent.
Did not have a fridge or kettle on the room even though booking.com said it did so that was a problem for us. The beds were very firm (for us). No tissues or moisturizer. Just a bed in a room.
