The hotel was overall decent, with an excellent location, beautiful views, and a standout pool. Geneva/Chavannes itself is stunning.
Several aspects fell short of expectations. The spa not being included was unusual compared to other major European hotels. Dining options were limited, with no halal or vegan alternatives, which felt less inclusive for a diverse clientele.
Additionally, I was charged 9 CHF for a small amount of milk for my children, which seemed unreasonable. Arriving late, we also found no shuttle service or guidance, resulting in a 105 CHF Uber fare—an area where some support or alternatives would have been appreciated, especially for families with young children. Finally, I was required to pay directly for room service despite a card already being on file, which was inconvenient.
