Very close to West Lake. 5 minutes walk through the walk way to the lake. Room clean. Beds comfy. Staff helpful. Robot delivery take away order to your room. Roof top has great view of West Lake. Lots eatery around. Central location.
AC turned off at night so it was hot to sleep.

It was located next to Xihu lake - still need to cross a street. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The hotel drivers were also very helpful. One of the drivers heard we wanted to travel to Longjing village & promptly sent us there. According to him the Didi drivers only sent passengers to the base of the hill & not up the hill.
The price in Booking.com was not the price charged. The hotel staff said the final charge included tax. However when I went to another hotel (also via Booking.com), there wasn’t this extra charge. I paid by cash which meant there would not be additional foreign card fees. So unsure why I was charged extra compared to the price in booking.com.

It’s an OK hotel. Stayed 1 night instead of the 2 I had originally planned. Moved to a Hilton hotel instead for the 2nd night.
The bed was like sleeping on concrete.
