Very welcoming staff. Lovely restaurant and nice breakfast. Also enjoyed the shuttle to the train station.
I wish we had known about the hotel shuttle before arriving. We could have avoided calling a taxi, which are only available from St Moritz about 10 km away and therefore quite expensive. We’ll know better next time.

The staff were great. Bar was very nice. Spa very nice. Location was great on the high street and not far from bus connections to ski lifts and other villages, peaceful town generally so no issues with noise.
Bathroom and room were a little dated. Wall panel in toilet kept falling off and it lacked ventilation. Parking spaces very small and extra cost, but manageable.

The location of the hotel is really close to the bus stop, so it's easy to get around the area. The check-in was smooth, and the room size was perfect for one person. The facilities were great; I only wished the spa area was open later than 20:00. The breakfast was good overall; I would recommend it.
