Good parking, but 17 euros to park your car is over the top and a disgrace.
Hotel as now started to offer buffet on some evenings when it suits them, checked in at 15.00hrs there was not no buffet that evening, which is good because it’s really poor, come down to dine at 18.00 and signs had gone up there is buffet, 33 euros each which is fine, but you have to offer some choices for that, this one was worse than usual, I see bigger breakfast buffets than this, they stuck the choices in dark corner clearly to hide the poor quality, choice was small bits of chicken chunks in some sort of sauce, some dry pasta in no sauce few mixed vegetables and small chunks of fish, that was it! I have never ever seen such a poor low quality disgraceful attempt at a buffet in my life, we decided not to bother, so went back to room to order room service, tried for 15minutes on phone, no answer, went back down to reception to order room service only to be told no room service it’s buffet only tonight!
Ask for a manager told they only work 9-5…… sent email to GM of hotel, she not even had the courtesy to reply and it’s now some days later.
This hotel took a considerable turn for the worse from the beginning of this year and is further shown by the dwindling numbers in occupancy but it seems the GM decided to try fleece what guest it does have left to make up for short comings.
How else on earth can you justify a hotel not even in a city but beside a autobahn charging 17 euros to park your car and 33 euros for such poor offering at a buffet and 11 euros for a litre bottle of water, that’s shameful…. And Radisson really do need to look what on earth is happening here!
