The location it's pretty good, and very modern
We had a room with a VERY low ceiling, and this was pretty uncomfortable

The VIEW Can’t get much better! Staff were friendly, room was very clean.
Only complaint is the queen bed is very uncomfortable.

The hotel itself felt like a perfect alpine escape, with chalet-style furnishings that were minimal yet warm, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk (with luggage) from the train station.
We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony overlooking the Staubback waterfall, and waking up to that view each day felt surreal. It was simply glorious.
We already can’t wait to go back and experience it all over again.
The only constructive feedback concerns the breakfast selections. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I found the options somewhat limited. However, my traveling companion had no complaints.

Location was great. Front desk was helpful when we got there and gave us a map of the area and told us things we could do in the surrounding area.
The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled like smoke and cucumber which was an interesting combo. The room had no A/C so it got really hot at night which made sleeping quite uncomfortable
