Hotel was great. Convenient access to public transit, quiet inside (had a mountain-side view, but the road in front is low-traffic and speed). Spa was very nice, small but several saunas. Breakfast convenient and lots of options, storage lockers for use before checking in or after checking out, restaurants were great. Dinner places had good vegan options with clear labeling.
One of the reasons I chose this place was because the breakfast got good reviews for vegan options: having vegan options is even prominently advertised on the website! However, when I checked in, the receptionists didn't really know if there were breakfast options and told me to talk to the kitchen staff. Nothing was labeled (unlike on the menus for lunch & dinner) and asking the staff there they just said we don't have vegan cereals even, just GF (turns out the GF cereal was clearly labeled as vegan). So given the nice clear labeling in the lunch/dinner menus, I expected more knowledge for folks about the breakfast.

The lccation is excellent! its in the heart of Pontresina. they even have wrelcome drinks and food when we arrived and TOM , one of the staff at the front desk was very helpful with directions going to the Olypics venue. The restaurnt staff wr great too. I LOVEthis hotel ! VERY convenient to ST Moritz!

Breakfast was amazing! Location excellent, and pick up / drop off from and to the bahnhof was a nice touch.
We loved everything, however felt it would have been nice to have a tea/coffee station in the room as well as a small fridge/minibar. We love to drink tea in the mornings/evenings. Thanks!

We loved the room
The spa and the view were beautiful
Some people of the staff are not customer oriented.
They pretend not to speak Italian and not to understand Italian, but It Is not true.
Actually they did not take care of customers because of this and for a 4 stars hotel this Is absolutely intolerable.
We expected a Better service
We expected a Better/richer breakfast too.
Customers should be the most important thing
