The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, making it an ideal place for an overnight stop while traveling. The room was comfy and clean.
There's not a single human being at the hotel. If you have any issues (e.g. in my case, the automatic check-in desk didn't recognize my booking), you can't talk to anyone. All they provide is a Swiss phone number which you may call, spending a fortune on resolving problems which should not exist at first place (that number won't work with WhatsApp, so unless you have a Swiss mobile contract, you'll pay a fortune for the call). I'd suggest to install at least a desk phone at the reception area so that clients could call the helpdesk for free!

On-line check-in was a nightmare. My reservation number was rejected twice. Fortunately a gentleman checking-in helped us to get through.
Minor problems with our room. The two bedside spotlight lamps were not working, nor was the spotlight lamp by the desk.
The toilet eco-half-flush was also not working.
