Facilities are great, but what makes the hotel really special is the staff, they are awesome. It is the 2nd year we go with the family for a week and I totally recommend it. It is perfect for families.
We would appreciate more variety of food in the kids buffet. Can be repetitive for longer stays.

restaurant staff was exceptional
saunas were also very nice
good breakfast
lots of towels at the pool and sauna area
shuttle to and from the ski lifts
Swimming pool was "cold".
such low temperature is ok for sports swimming pool but not for leisure/relax with small kids (saying this as an ex pro swimmer)
lots of seasonal staff, not aware much of activities around. Some of them seemed to be tired and awaiting season to be over.
beds not too comfy
malfunctioning fridge resulting in spoiled food
broken sledges offerred...all of them. I should have brought own.
