We were able to leave our bags and come around later for check in..the team was very understanding and supportive.
There was a heat wave on - the room was quite hot, the pedestal fan was ok..but could have been better. We tried opening windows to feel more comfortable. Would prefer more firm mattresses for better sleep.

Great location next to downtown and Next old town The room was clean and breakfast was basic
The facility had an elevator, but you had to go up two sets of staircases to get to it. Staff did bring our bags up. Booking.com shows the restaurant entrance and not the hotel entrance and the signage is difficult to see

This was wonderfully located in the centre of town and 5 min walk from the train station. The reception girl was very friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions for a meal out. It was a basic level hotel we used for 1 night-but was clean and friendly

Location was good. Clean room. Mostly quiet. Supply of bottles of water every day.
1. Two sets of stairs to reach the reception. No elevator to get there. 2. No air condition. Fan very weak. 3. Heavy curtains but no shades so neighbors can look into the room unless you pull the heavy curtain. 4. Kettle with tea bags, paper cups, no coffee.
