Location, bike garage, the pool
The room is out dated. The housekeeping forgot to refill the shower gel, no single drop of shower gel came out when I was in the shower. Informed the receptionist, but the receptionist forgot to pass it on. Need to wait until the next day morning until the housekeeper is back on duty. Breakfast is just ok.

the location and cleanliness
no English info. all communications in German. no night porter or emergency contact. charged for a nights stay we didn’t even have due to not getting into our room until 6am! no apology for lack of communication or that we had to sleep in reception!!
charged €60 for energy bollocks tax we were not told about
