The room was nice and stylish and easy to access. The hotel has a good location. The price is on the lower end for comparable hotels and that's nice. The check-in times are long.
I found the receptionist at arrival to be not as friendly as I would have hoped. I wanted to get the invoice directly at check-in to use the fast check-out, which therefore wasn't possible. I also found the breakfast underwhelming. Scrambled egg made with egg powder, rather watery oat milk, but the bread was nice.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located just off the train station which is actually convenient and I felt safe during the day, but one night when I returned late, the area around the station felt a bit uneasy due to people lingering nearby. Inside the hotel, however, there was no problem at all.

Hotel was close to the main train station and many facilities in Mannheim.
They do have a small reception but the staff are great

The cleanliness was good. The breakfast was value for money.
No hot water and we weren’t told about it when we checked in. When the water did come back on (over 24 hours later) it was brown. It was only when we complained we were offered any type of recompense.
There was no air conditioning in the hotel and we could only have a fan if we were prepared 20€ per room.
