Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme. Man denkt jeden Augenblick kommt Miss Marple zum Tee...Zentral gelegen, kleiner Parkplatz, auch für E Autos, Aufenthaltsraum mit Billard, Bücherschrank und Spielen, alles kostenlos. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Bar und Rezeption sind 24 Stunden geöffnet. Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber,aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad ist zweckmäßig und sauber.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Aufzug war leider defekt.

Friendly staff.
Room dated. First room had large tub used as shower. I liked second room with old shower better.
First night woke up by drunk guy pounding on room door until it broke off hinges. That is when I found out room phone did not work. I wish manager would have arrived earlier to stop drunk. They moved me to new room quicjky.

Perfectly located, good breakfast, quirky spacious lobby with books, biliard table, games. The room is basic, the furniture is outdated, but it is enough for a short or even longer stay (plenty of storage space). I was pleasant surprise to find in my room a painting of my hometown old Casino; made me feel like home.
At 20:30 at the check-in there was no option to drink anything warm after walking 12 km through foggy rain. The matress was on the hard side, might need an upgrade soon. Although there is a second door, separating the bathroom hallway from the actual room, it can still be loud when someone is talking outside of the room.

Der Aufenthaltsraum, Frühstücksraum und der Empfang waren sehr schön im englischen Stil eingerichtet und wirklich sehenswert. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend.
Die Matratze im ersten bezogenen Zimmer war fürchterlich. Ein sehr freundlicher Herr am Empfang gab mir für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer mit einer guten Matratze, allerdings zur Straße raus, wo es ziemlich laut war.
