Absolutely outstanding staff and service, beautiful room, can’t fault anything. Only marked amenities down due to Hotel going through major renovations, however that did not alter are stay, rooms ultra quiet and secure parking. Bang in the centre

Very good location in the heart of town. A beautiful grand old hotel that is well refurbished and upkept well. Glad to have stayed in such a historic building.

The hotel was in a very good location, near to cafes and restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the lovely parks and also easy to get a bus to those further afield. The room was clean and airy . A fan was thankfully provided as there was no air con. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant as were the reception staff....except for 1 woman who was quite rude and dismissive when I queried my bill! I would recommend this hotel
