I loved its close proximity and hiking trail to Schloss Lichtenstein. It was like a fairy tale. The beds were very comfortable, the food was yummy and you could see the castle from the back of the hotel. The staff was lovely and the little village was cute :)

Clean
The room was next to a very busy road so sleeping wasn’t easy. No AC. Nobody spoke English at the hotel, neither the restaurant menu was in English.

lot of traffic noise as it’s on the main road. the might have quieter rooms but which might not have elevator access.
at this star level would have liked a cooked omelette at breakfast

Location. Breakfast fantastic. Good shower facilities.
Room was dated and hot. No air con or fans. Shared balcony so unable to open windows made for unpleasant sleeping environment. Dining staff very slow and forgot requests (we gave up waiting for our drinks and went to bed).
