Excellent Manager, Lukas, very professional. Hotel convenience to city centre (20 min leisurely walk), in room coffee/kettle/ fridge/ TV, great showers, beautiful bergamot shower/shampoo and easy parking for motorhome.
La te da's putting the hotel down in the reviews. This establishment is functioning perfectly. Yes, there is very, very minor wear and tear, but nothing that can't be easily rectified. I put it down to the age we're all living in. Lack of staff due to Big Banks greed and lack of government funding.

Modern clean spacious comunal areas. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Car park.
No pool (it was closed). WiFi wouldn’t connect & no instructions for it in the room. No instructions how to contact reception. Cooked breakfast was poor but lots of choice for other cold stuff.

The staff was nice and the ability for late checkin was great. The taxi service was really good and the bar area with the massage chair was good. The hotel is quiet and very clean on arrival air conditioning was good.
The room was very spartan, with only two pillows which meant one pillow each. Altough this was fixed by asking tor another pillow. Also our room was not cleaned once over the 4 nights we spent there, we even put the sign to clean our room out but it was not cleaned. Also for someone reason they wanted the full payment from me on night 3 instead or checkout, they even left a letter in my room that I must come to the desk and pay which I found was strange, rather than just pay at checkout.
