The location is fine, we could park on premises, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and speaks English well. The breakfast was sufficient and starts at an early hour. Good value for money overall. Family room is basically 2 rooms connected to one another so you get 2 bathrooms. The 12:00 checkout is pretty chill too!
Some details of the room could be refreshed. Everything is functional, but not in top condition anymore. Shower door, curtains. The family room was actually 2 adjacent rooms connected to each other but they didn't open these at first.

Clean, fluffy towels, excellent water pressure in the shower, comfy bed. Lovely mood lighting available in the room. Superb breakfast. Super friendly staff. Cute little finishing touches during the Christmas season, like free candy for the kids and a gingerbread man as a good bye gift.
The carpets - their colours do nothing to indicate cleanliness. You just have to trust that the cleaning staff did a good job. Overall, the hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear. It is clearly not brand new anymore. However, our rooms were clean and the stylish decor is a nice touch.

The location was good, it was a short walk into town and there was a supermarket 5 minutes away. Free hot drinks, fruit and sweets during the day. Decent bed and shower
It was well-worn with considerable traffic noise on one side of the hotel and a distinctive smell of drains on the other. Old towels and an ill -fitting window. It reminded me of a cheap and cheerful hostel.
