The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, the staff were polite and always ready to help, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was very well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony for free. The room was spacious - comfy bed, nice shower and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the streets of Frankfurt and the hotel was 2 blocks away from the main train station in Frankfurt.
Sheets were somewhat dirty or had dust residue on them.

It was close by the train station and the city center which was ideal for my stay.
The room was quite minimalistic . The walls seemed very thin, as I could hear my neighbor’s alarm in the morning, and there was a constant humming noise from what sounded like an air conditioning unit, even though my own AC was turned off.
I paid €80 for the night, which is okey, but I had expected a bit more comfort for that price. The location was acceptable during the day; however, in the evening it felt somewhat sketchy and not entirely safe, especially for a woman traveling alone.
