Great facilities, good value for money, great location.

Unlike the friendly reception staff, the restaurant/bar staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so consistently bad that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, we were repeatedly brushed off. I asked for a table and was simply told “wait” without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy, left standing there awkwardly for a long time before finally asking again. The same attitude continued throughout the entire experience: endless waiting, being ignored, and having to repeatedly ask for basic things like menus, ordering, and drinks. We waited around 40–45 minutes just to place an order. Our food eventually arrived long before our drinks, despite us asking twice about them. It was over 30°C, the kids were struggling in the heat, and in the end I had to go to the bar myself to get the drinks because nobody seemed to care. The day before, I had already had a terrible experience trying to get a simple snack for the kids. This wasn’t only happening to us. During our visit, I watched multiple other tables being treated with the same dismissive attitude, with several customers visibly angry over the service. To be fair, the youngest waitress was the only member of staff who showed any kindness or effort. She seemed to genuinely try her best. Aside from her, the level of service and attitude from the rest of the team was completely unacceptable.

Location and facilities are great, nice restaurant, breakfast, games for kids and outside space / garden looks very nice

The room was tropical hot and no airco, very small for family. But the heat...will not recommend this place to sleep
