Everything is clean, comfortable, efficient. The staff are always nice and the breakfast is phenomenal. The free parking and the ease to and from the freeway is ideal. Great place for kids as well.
Our shower didn’t get very hot and the shower head kept sliding down on the pole. Small issue that usually doesn’t occur when we have stayed there before.

It was very nice and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We forgot a teddy of my daughter and they helped us to get it back, thank you for your patience.

Lovely clean room, nice hotel lobby and close to Disney
The staff were very quick to give us our room key and end the conversation. We would have liked information on facilities

Fine location
Fire alarm went off, there was no guidance, nobody at the reception desk available, we were standing outside at the back waiting for someone to come. Eventually went inside when the alarm was off to find someone for more information
