Perfectly reasonable hotel with not much around it.
We ended up eating and drinking four tram stops North in
a suburb called Neudorf.
Wifi took half a dozen attempts before it started working for us.
The staff were very helpful.
A small mixup between a double room and a twin room. Got solved quickly.
We got a free upgrade !
Underground garage badly lit. They could so with installing some new bulbs.

Quiet enough. Pleasant employees. Cleanliness of the room and linen (cleaned and changed towels every other day). Location (very convenient to get to the city center by tram). Sufficient dishes for cooking.
A very expensive breakfast that does not correspond to its filling. A broken bed, a broken window, practically non-working air conditioner, which is very noticeable in the heat of 40 degrees!!! Even after asking for its repair, nothing has changed in its work! Shower gel and liquid soap are pinned to the wall, which is completely inconvenient to use. No slippers. There is a hairdryer, but there is no outlet near the mirror in the bathroom.
