Transport connection to Paris centre (metro line M11) and Garre du Nord. Closeness to McDonald's and Aldi. Reception personnel were nice and helpful although there is a problem with English speaking and you should manage in French, but not an real issue.

Room was really small and cramped for a three bed. Although area looked alright and felt safe, there were no shortage of rats roaming on the streets.

Prémiere Classes was close to the Domus, which is the location of where I was going, and there were plenty of food and transport facilities nearby

Unfortunately in room 306, the bathroom door was broken. It wouldn't close, and the light above the sink would flicker a lot, so is a risk for people with epilepsy. Other than that, it was good

The internet was quite good, and a big window facing the front. The staff was good as well.

The room was acceptable overall, but there were several issues. The lights were not working properly, and there was no bin in the room. We had to request a bin bag from reception, which the staff provided promptly along with the keys. However, it’s difficult to understand how guests are expected to maintain cleanliness without a bin. The bathroom was also poorly equipped: there was no soap, the toilet door knob was broken, and aside from towels, no toiletries or extra amenities were provided. I can’t comment on whether the price is reasonable, as I haven’t stayed in comparable hotels.
