Great budget hotel with friendly staff and parking. Room was clean and quiet and we were able to overnight with our cat and dog.
Parking was difficult to find as you need to approach from behind the hotel.

as expected, small room at budget price, all OK.
No dog friendly area for breakfast so we didn't have breakfast.
There was only one towel in the room for 3 people (but I went to ask for more and got some)
Difficult to find the only nearby dog friendly restaurant but it was good (First Grill)

Close to the tram stops for getting into the city centre.
The extra overhead bed… constantly cautious of my moving around the room after banging my head on the third bed
