The view and location
There was a smell of smoke in non-smoking room and renovations on floor above disturbed us. It would have been nice to have been told about that in advance

Location, comfortable bed, breakfast good, wifi good.
For a 4 star hotel the following problems - towels small, only paper cups, no glasses to drink out of or put your toothbrush into, no tea spoons, milk or free water, no slippers on a laminated floor.
