Room was great for our short stay. Basic but comfortable enough, and we had a nice view of the street. Staff were accommodating. There was a cool little kids play area off from reception that we sat in while we had a bit of time to spare before our flight.
Not about the property itself - but we had a resident from one of the attached apartments that was fussing over us being in the communal pool (which access came with the room). We realised after that he was saying for us to use a swimming cap, but we weren't even dunking under. We had our baby at the time who just needed to cool off quickly.

Excellent location close to shops and transport, not far from the beach. Good size clean rooms with plenty of bedding, kitchen equipment and towels. Separate bathroom and toilet. Plenty of storage space. Nice sized balcony. Loved having a separate room to myself with TV. Rooms were warm and very comfortable.
Probably could have done with instructions on how to fold out the sofa bed but we figured it out. Would have liked a little toaster.

The room was in a good location, 2 minute walk to the promenade/beach/tram station which was great, and the room had a balcony which I liked. It was about a 30 minute walk to the main restaurants, but there was decent eating options in close proximity. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook during your stay - value for money was okay.
There was no cleaning of room between days, on a four night stay it would have been nice to have some light cleaning, or towel changes but this all came at an extra cost - would be better for a short 1-2 night stay. Not sure if this is applicable for all double rooms, but it wasn't a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together that moved constantly which was not ideal.

Good location
There was a lady at the reception, she was lovely and helpful.
No access ramp. It's a bit overwhelming if you're staying long enough and need to pull up a wheelchair or pram.
Even though there were warm days, the swimming pool kept closed (first week of May)
I stayed with my baby in a room where the buggy could barely fit. We're used to travel, and this is the first time I see a place with zero intention to offer a bigger room or upgrade (we use booking.com quite a lot). The lack of accessibility was disappointing.
If you're going to relax from your daily routine and duties, bare in mind you won't have any service available for you. So duties are there for you too. You literally pay only for sleeping. Any other service is charged.
