Location close to metro La Defence, and surrounded with nice shops, caffes, bakeries and restaurants.Very safe nieighborhood. The apartment was nice and comfy.
The staff was quite unpleasant at the reception.The night male staff was like he hates us and hates his job, and the day staff was unpatient and kind of nervous, and whatever we asked again or did not understand at first, he/she made facial expresions and making a unappropriet comments in french, thinking that we don't undersrant, but my wife knows some french and explained me. So disrespectful.
Ventilation in bathroom and toilet is non existing, so it made our experiense a bit unpleasant.
Not a big deal, with more welcoming staff this would be quite nice place, but it is question if we ever would come back. I'm sure that they don't care anyway

The location was quite convenient, close to the metro station. Continental breakfast was good.
The apartment needs renovation. The door between the bedroom and the living room could not close. There was no cleaning service during our 6-day stay. We had enough towels, but received only two toilet rolls of paper. There is a coffee maker but no coffee capsules and there are no tea bags either.

The hotel is in a nice area of Paris. A good bakery, a supermarket and some restaurant are close-by. The metro is only a few minutes walk. The parking garage and having a kitchenette in the mini apartment is big plus for a family of four.
