good welcome . very clean room. Secure & free parking. Plenty of exercise space close by for our dog.Not much else around bar a supermarket though there is an exceptional pizza takeaway close by

Very pleasant staff. Room was spotlessly clean.
Room was very small (As shown in the property details) and a little bit dated. Breakfast was ok. Overall it was good value for money. Wouldn’t want to stay for more than a couple of nights.

"Great little modern hotel just outside Caen. I walked in and out, but it's about a 6 mile round trip, so bring your your walking shoes. Or just park up in town."
