I Mike the quietness of the room., and tge fait the tram stop was very close tout the hotrl.

Nice size room. Beds were pretty comfortable
The room wasn’t clean. The area is a bit ropey and quite a long way out of the centre. We saw a couple of people breaking into the building behind. When we told the staff the room wasn’t clean, nothing happened for 24 hrs and then it still wasn’t cleaned properly. WiFi is awful. Recessed ceiling light in bathroom hanging out.
