My friend and I stayed here for two nights! It was very comfortable and the staff were incredible! The balcony had an incredible view of the city.
The balcony was slightly dirty. I would have liked to have a quick wipe down on the table, but that’s my only critique!

Loan was such a friendly and helpful staff member, as was everyone working here. The single room was small but well laid-out and cute so it didn't feel cramped. Cool retro decor touches and easy walk to the metro station
Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would've been great (they were downstairs and tea was free but would've been nice to have a kettle in the room too)

Location is good and easily accessible by public transportation. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Close to many major attractions in town.
The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear every whisper from other rooms and the thing I hate most was the water flowing and toilet flushing sounds coming through the pipes.
