Close to Gare du nord, for the price of 50€ a night in paris it’s ok
The room wasn’t the most clean i found a couple of hair here and there, dust in some places, if you’re a light sleeper wear earplugs i was woken up multiple times by people closing their doors, the people next to my room felt like they we’re literally IN my room with how much i heard their voices, the shower etc.

Convenient location: many cafes (opened in the morning) and food stores (small) around, bus stop next to the entrance, a few metro lines in walkable distance (one of them about 20 metres - easy to get to Louvre and Eiffel Tower). Fridge, microwave, cattle. Clean room, quiet place.
Smoking outside - bins are not provided. No lift (I was on 5th floor). No opportunity to have breakfasts.

The price of the room reflected what I got. The room itself was fine, if a bit updated in a slap-dash manner. They picked the best cheap options for everything, so you didn't NEED anything else. It is located near a good metro line and multiple bus routes.
The hotel had a bit of flop-house feelings upon arrival. I did not actually have any issues, just seemed like it had been converted from a single room apartment style place into a mix of normal rooms and bathroom-less rooms a bit on the cheap. The internet was not working, and had not been for at least a week, and the staff was aware.
