Convenient location: many cafes (opened in the morning) and food stores (small) around, bus stop next to the entrance, a few metro lines in walkable distance (one of them about 20 metres - easy to get to Louvre and Eiffel Tower). Fridge, microwave, cattle. Clean room, quiet place.
Smoking outside - bins are not provided. No lift (I was on 5th floor). No opportunity to have breakfasts.

Great location near to bus and metro stop, very clean and the price.

Good location and staff were helpful. Left my luggage the next day, which was helpful. Price reasonable for Paris, very good eateries and stations nearby for travelling, not far from the center. Walking was enjoyable.
Room felt cramped and small, instead of a window I had a balcony door which I was scared to leave open (was leading to the backyard, but still).
