Excellent dinner and breakfast. Helpful staff. Large room. Comfortable beds. Easy free parking near the front door. Free Ice cream on 24 hour tap for our 4 year old son. What's not to like a lot???

We upgraded to a suite that was very large. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. A lot of parking was available.
The room was showing quite a bit of aging. As with everything in Denmark the room cost was rather high. We were also charged what they insisted was a service charge from our bank. When we returned we found out that our bank did not make a service charge. We don't know if this was a mistake or just extra money for the hotel, but aren't happy about it.

Breakfast was okay. The overall building and rooms were clean.
- staff threw the keycard on the table!! Had never seen such a disrespectful hotel receptionist in my life.
- bathroom were not clean.
- rooms have no ventilation. It gets stuffy in there.
