breakfast was good

my room was above a loading zone was a bit noisy otherwise everything was good

The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. My husband left his Kindle behind and Roisin one of the receptionists is posting it on to him which is exceptional service.

As a party of 14 we were assigned room numbers before arrival and I had to specify which party member would have each room so I informed all our family members where each person could be found but when we arrived they had changed all the numbers so it was a bit chaotic to say the least as we were all arriving at different times and no one knew where the rest were staying. Also the bar manager wouldn’t allow us to book a table in advance and said we had the same status as the walk in customers. I have never stayed in a hotel which did not prioritise its guests over the general public but I may have just been lucky in the past!

most things went right, staff attitude and helpfulness were great, full and good breakfast, clean hotel well laid out with comfortable lounge area and bar/restaurant.

My bathroom loo didnt flush, I complained twice but no change or upgrade given. Shower only no bath. I paid the same as 2 people sharing but was allocated a much smaller room than most.
