Great location ,amazing view
Shower was not working at all for 2 days.coffe machine never worked.we complained but …no repair…

We got a suit on one of the renovated floors and the room was very nice , nice view , comfi bed big a spacious. Nice complimentary wine and fruits. Location was convenient as we had a car.
The room was nice but lacking hooks to hang towels in the showers. There are 2 big sinks but hardly space to place the toothbrush. There so many light switches in so many places and they all control everything so it was messy and struggle to find the right switch. Nice cofee machine but could be nice to provide a few capsules which are not decaf. We didnt get even a tea bag. The hotel is big but only 3 small lift in the mane building. Lucky we can use the stairs to go down from 8 floor.if not it's a long wait. Breakfast was not nice at all and not in a level of 5 stars at all. Maybe 3 or less. Not even a tomato which is more them expected in Greece. Bread was dry. I could only get cold omelette or scrambled which tasted "plastic" . My kids complained the cereals was not nice as well. It was always chaotic and we visited well before season started. The indoor pool was not heated for the colder spring weather we had. Entertainment was very low level as well

Waterpark. Pools. Entertainment.
The all inclusive stopped at check out even though we were getting picked up at 19.30pm. And our first day we received no all inclusive as it had stopped by the time we got there.

Nice big hotel, food was lovely, rooms were well spaced out, nice locations
Not enough sunbeds around pool and having to try find one when they are all reserved with towels before opening. It's a 3 star at best, long waits for drinks, no entertainment during the day for the children. Room was covered in ants every evening.
