I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the sea and all the main attractions. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a charming medieval style. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also loved the option of a very late check-out on Sunday, which made my stay even more relaxing. A special mention for the excellent trattoria right in front of the hotel entrance, a great spot to taste authentic local dishes. Highly recommended budget hotel!

Location is excellent, you really are in the middle of everything. 10/10, no notes. The staff are excellent. They give recommendations, they clean well, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay!
The only issue with this hotel is that it does not have air con. My room had windows on two sides which helps a bit, but the street can be both smelly (seafood, smokers) and loud. So as long as you're fine with wearing ear buds, roll on. At the end of the day, you're in the middle of the city centre, and the price is super friendly. So something's gotta give. The location is very nice.
The host is available and friendly.
The sound isolation is pretty much inexistent both within the apartment complex and to the outside.
The rooms would benefit from some upgrades: the shower temperature is prone to large fluctuation; the room (while reasonably sized) are arranged badly so that it feels small. Temperature was fine thanks to heating (visit in April) but I would worry about that aspect during weather not as mild.
