Overall very good, friendly staff
Not a fan of the jumbo toilet roll dispensers in room, smacks of a cheap fix to save money, but looked very commercial. A coffee machine would be nice in lounge area as would fresh milk

Staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean
No radiator control in the room left it too hot, required the window to be open which made it really noisy. Also the mattress was extremely firm, which was fine for me, but my wife really struggled to get any sleep at all
