Location, at the moment - free parking. The bed and pillows were amazing. Staff were lovely. Very clean.

The pool and spa was great. Good variety of breakfast. Fridge in room at our request was very welcomed.
The fact that their policy is to pay £50 deposit per night on arrival for “incidentals” which we didn’t know about until booking.com mentioned it in confirmation reminder of booking day before. The bed was a bit hard and pillows uncomfortable

The toilet made a loud noise when you flushed it.
The shower rail is coming off the wall.
There was no shower gel in the dispenser on the wall.
It was very noisy throughout the night…. You could hear other guests talking and laughing.
