The location was perfect, The breakfast was good and tasty and fresh. Bed was comfy and room spacious. Plenty of quiet areas to sit outside around the hotel.
The cleanliness was not as expected, dirty cups found on arrival, hairs in the bath tub and holes in the robes.The flooring around the bath tub was uneven and cracked, looked a bit dangerous. Air con not working properly, we asked for a fan and got an industrial one we could leave on no more than 15 mins due to the noise.
We had food across the road in the hotel as no food was being served at ours.
The food was not cooked as required (steak over done) which was agreed by staff, happily they discounted the meal.
Cleaning staff were over worked as we left our room at 9am and did not return till 3:30pm which is when the cleaner was walking to our room the same time. We were polite and just asked her to replenish the complimentary refreshments and towels.

Location was perfect, right in the town but it was quiet. Bed very comfy, food excellent. Staff fantastic.

Looks great from the outside and the breakfast although twice they made mistakes in taking orders … again attention to details
There was so many things to comment but I already left feedback on their own page and no one rings or mails to see why or of they can do something.. so basically they don’t care attention to detail is lacking in many places
