Really nice friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean but basic, and cold at night. Breakfast was good, served by very friendly staff.

Hospitality was excellant, Staff went over and beyond to aid our requests. The facilaties were to a high standard and all our needs met. There was also a good general knowledge of local events and adventures available in the local area provided. The locality is also central to everything with great scenic views.
There was nothing I could give as a negative.

i have stayed in this accommodation multiple times over the years - very central to the castle shops and railway station
i’m sorry to say i feel the rooms need a bit of TLC - although in keeping with the age of the building i find the decor, especially the wall coverings in need of a freshen up

The Shower wasn’t working couldn’t get washed in morning before leaving
