Parking should be included in the booking price and not an add on, especially in the location where the hotel is . Cash should be accepted more readily.

We were warmly welcomed by reception then found our room to be spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were extremely efficient at clearing tables and keeping things ticking over. I left an item in our room but after calling reception, they have assured me they have the item and are keeping it safe for me. Thank you reception.
We had an unfortunate experience when we ate at the restaurant on the evening, due to totally unforeseen circumstances but the staff handled the situation well. On a personal note the pillows in the room were too soft and led to a very bad nights sleep.

Easy access to M3 and The Avenue, straight into the centre of Southampton
Uncomfortable pillows. The adjoining doors between rooms meant noise was inevitable, especially having a young family next door with Dad actively encouraging the kids to run around. Beyond inconsiderate. Hot water was at a premium, with lukewarm showers despite the hot tap being on full. Whilst parking availability was good, being made to pay for parking on a site completely surrounded by motorways and no foot access seems ludicrous. Limited menu options.
