Great location next to Hyde Park and close to Paddington. Rooms are really specious for London standards. Staff is efficient and friendly

Everything was exceptional - from the warm and professional reception staff, who kindly upgraded our room, to the spotlessly clean and beautifully presented space. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, and the bathroom featured a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and attentive service - truly a superb stay, and we will definitely be back.

Breakfast was good
Booked a twin room and reconfirmed a couple of days before arrival. Got given a small double room Bathroom was tiny and cold Extra 12% charge + £4 for room service. £14 add on when checked out for ”staff! “ At £355 a night I didn’t notice any difference between other hotels I’ve stayed in at half the price and they don’t have the crazy added on charges
