An amazing experience, Trev and Kim are fantastic hosts nothing was too much trouble and they were very genuine. Their hotel is full of character, brilliantly clean, and lots of very nice touches. We would come back again and will next time we come back to Devon David and Karan

Greeted at check in by Trevor who allowed us to park our car early and gave us our keys. Great clean room very comfortable bed. Met Kim the following morning after one of the best breakfasts we've eaten in a long time. Faultless stay and fantastic hosts only a short walk from the train station..We will definitely be returning.

Location was only a couple of hundred metres from the train station and yet it was a complete haven of peace and quiet. 200metres in the other direction and you are on the beach. The hosts could not have been more helpful. If we are ever back in this beautiful corner of England I would not consider staying anywhere else but here.
I dont see how any improvements could be made that would have made our stay any better.

Perfect friendly hosts. They went the extra mile to ensure our visit was everything and more than we expected. Super breakfast. And every where Spotlessly Clean.
