Convenience to where we were going. Parking onsite.
The bar was on two levels with the reception on the bottom level.
Staff would see is, but it seemed to me they had a “that’s not my job attitude” As we would be ignored, for example by bar staff, who would not let others whose job it was, know that we were waiting to be seen. Likewise when we came for breakfast and we’re waiting in the “wait to be seated area” Bar staff walked through ignored us, and again didn’t let anyone know we were waiting to be seated, and I had to hunt to find someone to seat us. One of our friends who was also staying at the same hotel, ordered the cooked breakfast but it was forgotten about. Others who ordered after him got served theirs. In the end he left without having breakfast.
I couldn’t get the water to run cold from the tap in the room. There was only one cup provided for making a drink in the double room.
