Splendida la location, staff professionale e gentilissimo. Molto belle le piscine termali, quelle esterne aperte h24! La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato aveva una vista mozzafiato sui tramonti di Ischia! La spa offre moltissimi servizi curativi ed estetici. Ottima anche la colazione
Servirebbe sicuramente una rimodernata alle camere, rimaste agli anni ‘90 ..soprattutto il bagno non è minimamente all’altezza di una struttura 4*+…inoltre manca un bollitore in camera e non forniscono né kit di cortesia né accappatoio (si può noleggiare al costo di 13€!!!) e ciabatte…la stanza non è insonorizzata per cui si sente qualsiasi rumore delle camere adiacenti e del corridoio.

The older bartender at the poor bar is excellent, he went out his way of hospitality and have a great standard in his cocktail making;
the restaurant attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful when we were running late for breakfast trying to catch the boat.
The picture could bring a bit of mis expectation of the place, the infrastructure was great but it’s often very crowded and needs a bit of maintenance
The general staying experience was okay until I booked for the relaxing massage…
It’s the worst massage ever, the staff has completely no clue what they are doing, it’s basically applying oil all over your body with no pressure at all, I tried my best to enjoy but everything you understand from massage just didn’t happen, the “oil applying”started from my feet goes all the way to my face… fully cover in dripping oil…
Seriously, if you really want to waste your money then go for it..
