I love the architecture and how the hotel is furbished, the hotel staff is excellently trained to respond to any wishes of the client, AND I have got as wished the most cosy room with morning sun and beautiful Mountain View and City View

Location is superb, the rooms are comfortable, there are five restaurants, the spa is lovely, the staff is fantastic

the host and hostess are the best and the rooms were great
the staff were not attentive to the guest and the food wasn’t up to par for a relais chateau
