great location, 10-15 minutes walk to tourist attractions, got restaurants around, also walkable distance to metro station (tips: walk through Umberto Galleria)
staff very helpful and responds quickly.
also love the indoor and outdoor common area where we can enjoy our food comfortably!
it is located on the 5/F and there is a lift in the building.
i personally prefer brighter rooms, but luckily the washroom is bright enough for me to wear make-up.
i appreciate that there is a lift, but the lift is a bit small and just fit 2 people with 2 luggages.

The room was described exactly how the room actually is. The beds were comfy, there was enough room for my son and I. The water pressure and hot water were MUCH better than what you'd expect in a hotel room. Make sure you talk to your host about the breakfast because it's not explained very well in the booking listing. The restaurant that you go to is only 2-3 doors down and their coffee and pastries were amazing.

The location was amazing, close to shops, activities and great food spots. It was also very quiet and great views from the balcony.
The staff was very helpful and quick to reply.
Room itself had everything we needed, including a balcony with a great view. Lift in the building is working as well.

The room was perfect and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there were plentiful snacks - biscuits, coffee, water etc. Coffee and delicious pastries are also provided from a pastry shop below the hotel. And while the weather precluded me from using the outdoor deck, it’s a nice amenity. And it’s a great location, walkable to just about everywhere.
