Ideally located in the heart of the Sologne of the ponds between Touraine and Berry.
Located in the heart of hunting territories, it is surrounded by woods, meadows, ponds and near a river. Tennis 2 km, Loire castles and aquatic center 30 minutes.

on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a vestibule, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (showers), a large living room of 50m2 with fully equipped American kitchen.

Lovely family, beautiful home. There was a big lake so there were many musquitos and other stinging animals. We could not lay by the pool or really hang out outside because there were so many of them. Also there’s wild swines which are dangerous, and rats coming from the lake… I loved the home but these things we would loved to know before booking this house.

Very well equipped house as well as many outdoors facilities (swimming pool, ping pong, pétanque, trampoline etc…). perfect for a large family.

We had a wonderful stay with our whole family for two weeks at the property. It was a perfect set up for both adults & teenagers, a great base to visit the abundance of things to do in the area. The hosts were so welcoming & friendly, going out of their way to help with anything we needed, including booking an appointment at the local vet to check our dog passport before the return journey.
The pool was very clean and we spent many hours reading a book in the sunshine under the shade.
I would highly recommend the property for families and as a perfect location for visiting the many beautiful chateaux in the area. There’s plenty to do - we could have easily stayed for longer.

Very nice build house with inside handmade wooden stairs directly provided by the wood from the forest
Very friendly houseowner , nice clean pool and everything complete
The only small thing to improve are the chairs outside and the sunchairs and lots of musquitos in the evening , but that is normal in a house in a forest at a lake
We certainly will return another time
